We specialize in small lot subdivisions – a popular, smart-growth alternative to suburban single-family homes and typical condominiums that was introduced in 2004 by The City of Los Angeles with the Small Ordinance. These fee simple subdivisions offer many advantages: breaks from certain code specifications, lower insurance rates and liability and reduced setback requirements. At the same time, executing the design and entitlements is complex and one that we have mastered through our experience producing dozens of these increasingly popular residences throughout the region.
